HISTORY

The St Patrick's Society of Hong Kong was established over 76 years ago to provide an association for members of the Irish community and friends of Ireland to celebrate its unique culture and heritage through social gatherings and events.

The highlight of the busy social calendar is The St Patrick's Society Ball which remains one of Hong Kong's biggest black tie events of the year. Every year some of Ireland's best traditional musicians perform at the event which runs well into the early hours.

Other events include The Ireland Cup at the famous Happy Valley Race Track, BBQ at Middle Island, Quiz Night at The Football Club, Blooms Day Celebrations, Wine Tasting, Golf Day, Family Day - Social events and activities for all ages and interests.

Members of the society receive exclusive discounts at Hong Kong's premier Irish Pubs and a monthly newsletter.
