Tables. There is a max of 12 guests per table. If your party is less than 12 guests, other guests may be allocated to your table. This will occur if the Ball is sold out. Note: The Ball has sold out for the last 6 years…

N.B. Some very important notes. The Society will NOT hold any seats, for anyone. Online application and payment, is the first step towards applying for tickets. You will receive confirmation from the Society as soon as ticket sales have stopped. Each application form is for a max. of 12 tickets (i.e. 1 table). If you require more than 12 tickets, simply submit another application. Please note that with separate table bookings, we cannot guarantee proximity seating.
No refunds will be given.
On the application form you can enter your own and your guests name. This info will help us with the seating plan. Also, please fill in the meal choice for each person. If you leave the meal choice blank, we will order the Beef dish, on their behalf
